Where do I pick up tickets ordered by phone?
Tickets purchased by phone that are designated for "Will Call" will be ready at The Lakeland Center Box Office Will Call window 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. The confirmation # and picture I.D. is required of the person that ordered the tickets.

Do all events have a service charge?
Some events have service charges that range from $1.00 to $5.00. There is no service charge if the event is being held at The Lakeland Center and the tickets are purchased at our Box Office. Remember, ticketmaster does charge a service fee when ordering by phone or on the internet.

Are discount tickets available?
The Lakeland Center offers special discounts to seniors (age 65 or above) to selected performances. Groups of 20 or more may also receive discounts to most shows by calling (863) 834-8137.
